Mark Baserman Sr.
With more than 35 years of experience, Mark is competent and ethical; licensed to practice in both Ohio and Federal Courts.

Mark attended Lucas High School near Mansfield, before earning a Bachelor's of Political Science at Capital University. He continued to Cleveland State John Marshall School of Law, where he parlayed remarkable Moot Court performance into his current practice, as an elite trial litigator.​​

Mark Baserman Jr.
Mark was born in Wooster, the son of Mark Sr. and Judge Jane Irving-Baserman.  He attended West Holmes High School, before earning a Bachelor's of History at Muskingum University.  At Capital University Law School, he won the 2012 Cali Excellence Award for Law and American History.  Mark provided successful defense in  multiple criminal bench trials, a criminal jury trial
​, and a civil bench trial with more than $90,000 in disputed damages.  He is a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity, and the Millersburg Rotary Club.
